Burger patties:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Crack topping:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp ranch dressing
1 tbsp green onions, sliced (optional)
4 burger buns (buttery brioche buns recommended)
Butter for toasting buns

🧑🍳 Instructions
1. 🔥 Make Crack Mixture:
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar, bacon crumbles, ranch dressing, and green onions. Stir until creamy and well-mixed. Set aside.
2. 🍔 Cook Burgers:
Form ground beef into 4 patties. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side (until desired doneness).
3. 🧈 Toast Buns:
Butter the inside of buns and toast them lightly in a separate pan until golden.
4. 🧀 Assemble:
Place the hot burger patties on the toasted buns. Generously top each burger with a spoonful of the “crack” topping.
