 🧀 Mini Cracker Sandwich Bites Recipe


🧂 Ingredients (makes ~20 bites)


40 round butter crackers (e.g., Ritz)


10 slices of deli ham or turkey, folded or chopped


10 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters


4 tablespoons cream cheese or mayo (optional, for extra creaminess)


Baby spinach or arugula (optional, for freshness)


1 teaspoon black pepper or everything bagel seasoning (for topping)


1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for brushing tops)

🥣 Instructions


1. Prepare Fillings:


Cut the cheese slices into quarters.


If using deli meat, fold or chop into cracker-sized portions.


Wash and dry spinach or greens.




2. Assemble Sandwiches:


On a flat surface, lay out half of the crackers.


Spread a small amount of cream cheese or mayo on the base cracker (optional).


Add a layer of meat, followed by cheese, and greens if using.


Top with another cracker to form a sandwich.




3. Season & Finish:


Lightly brush the tops with melted butter (optional).


Sprinkle with black pepper or everything bagel seasoning for flavor and a decorative touch.




4. Bake (Optional for Melted Cheese):


Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).


Place cracker sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


Bake for 5–7 minutes, just until the cheese melts slightly and crackers are warm.


Remove and let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
